This museum has been set up in one of the most beautiful rooms of the Farnese Palace. Here you can admire a collection of clothes and accessories which show the evolution of fashion in Tuscia between the XV and the XVII century. A collection of weapons and armours complete the exposition.
The exhibition is arranged in chronological order, starting from a group of clothes taken directly from the frescoes of the Farnese Palace and ending with a rich exposition of underwear, jewels, gloves, fans and other objects. Finally, in a special room you can see the tools used to process hemp, such as looms, spindles, distaffs and scissors.
